Category - Pate

Pate are one of my personal favourites and consist of meats, fat, herbs, vegetable, spices and either wine or brandy. The Pate mixture is minced into a spreadable paste and chilled until firm. Served with warm toast and a mug of coffee is heaven. However a very good use of pate is in a Beef Wellington.
