Steak Marinade

Steak Marinade is a must for meat lovers the world over. A simple recipe that combines the hit of fruit with the kick of vegetables. mustard and Worcestershire sauce. When you marinate meat or fish ideally leave it in the fridge overnight. This recipe will take your meat/fish to a new level. As with many of our recipes, you can adapt them to suit your tastes. I add Chillies for an extra kick. Why purchase from a shop when you can make you own tailor made marinade in the quantity you need? Furthermore, the cost of making you own is considerably less than shop brought – give it a try.

The best marinade for steaks and chicken. Full of flavour and a brilliant basting liquid as well.

I broiled the steaks after marinating for 4 hours, and they turned out wonderfully moist and tasty. Definitely adding this to my recipe collection

This marinade is an excellent balance of sweet, tangy, and savoury. The pepper and Worcestershire sauce gave the steaks a slight kick, while the lemon juice kept the flavours fresh and zesty.

The cooking oil helped the marinade coat the steaks evenly, and the overnight soak made the meat juicy and tender. Highly recommended for summer grilling sessions

I used Dijon mustard instead of regular, and it worked wonderfully. The steaks absorbed all the flavours beautifully, especially after an overnight marinade.

I found the recipe easy to follow, and the ingredients are pantry staples. The Worcestershire sauce and mustard added just the right amount of umami. I marinated the steaks for 3 hours, and they were tender and flavour-packed.

The lemon peel and juice added a citrusy brightness, while the garlic and scallions provided an aromatic base. I was impressed with how tender and juicy the steaks were after just a few hours of marinating.

I loved how simple yet flavourful this marinade was. The scallions and garlic infused the meat with a savoury aroma, and the mustard gave it a subtle tanginess.
