Tempting Tomato And Macaroni Medley is so easy dish to cook with so much flavour yet takes such little time. This is an ideal main dish recipe for those in a rush or with hungry children to feed. Using canned chopped tomatoes may seem like a cheat but they are so useful and tasty why spend the time you don’t have. I often serve this with a grating of parmesan on top for an added flavour. As with all pasta dishes this must be served lovely and hot. This is one of my vegetarian dishes that I adore and my children and grandchildren love.
