Simple and fast – best use of a pre baked potato.

Turkey & Ham Stuffed Potatoes are a simple and fast method to produce a superb side dish or actual main dish. I use these as a side when doing a bbq. They are filling yet fresh and always vanish quickly. They are also a good method to use left-over meats. One of the benefits is that you can do most of the work in advance. Cooking the potatoes in a microwave takes the hassle out of last minute rushing. Preparing the food like this means you can have a meal in minutes that should take you a lot longer.  Served with Spicy Barbecue Shrimp, teriyaki chicken or Turkey Burgers for a full meal for everyone with little hassle.
