Turkey Rotini Casserole is a lovely variation on pasta bake. This recipe uses rotini pasta which is similar to fusilli. This is an ideal recipe to use left over turkey or chicken and adding crumbled tortilla crisp over the top adds a brilliant topping. Serve as a main dish either on its own or with vegetables.

Ingredients
- 20 oz Welsh Rarebit
- 4 oz Green Chillies
- 1/4 cup green onion sliced
- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 1/2 cups turkey
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup tortilla chips crushed
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain.2 cups rotini pasta
- Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 1½-quart baking dish.
