Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken wings cut up, 450 g
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil 60 ml
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce 30 ml
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 30 ml
- 2 tbsp garlic 30 ml chooped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce 30 ml
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper 5 ml
- 1 tsp ground ginger 5 ml
- 1 tsp sugar 5 ml
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- cilantro garnish, chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the cilantro in a bowl and toss to thoroughly combine the ingredients and coat the chicken wings.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
