Ingredients
- 20 large king prawns peel
- 2 tsp peppercorns crush
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- 1 whole red chilli deseed/slice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic crush
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Get the Bbq going and nice and hot.
- Drizzle the prawns with the sesame oil and carefully skewer.
- combine the peppercorns, salt and chilli and grind into a powder.
- Add the cornflour to a plate and cover each skewered prawns.
- Barbecue the prawns on the bbq for about 2 minutes each side until lovely and pink. and cooked.
- Leave on the skewer and serve with a squeeze of lime.
