  • Place the oats, milk and ¾ coconut in a small saucepan.
  • Mash ¾ of the banana and add to the pan, heat gently and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Top with remaining coconut and banana and sprinkle over the sugar.
  • Serve while still hot.
