  • Beat egg, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish.
    1 large eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Stir in milk.
    1/4 cup milk
  • Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
    4 slices bread
  • Cook bread slices on lightly greased non-stick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
  • The number of toppings are countless so enjoy the testing.
