Fruit Porridge

Fruit Porridge is a recipe that many overlook. It takes minutes to prepare but is filling, tasty and refreshing and a perfect start to the day. Serve as a breakfast or brunch and even a late snack, it always hits the spot. The oats are lovely and warmed by the milk while the fruit give a cold contrast that really works. If you are out of oats then muesli also works well. The fruit I use is dependent on the season and what’s available but I do use frozen fruit, thawed in advance.
