A superb recipe to make your own Herbed Butter. You can use so many herbs to provide so many different flavours for all of your recipe needs. I use dill and thyme in this recipe as they compliment each other well. I make these flavoured butters in advance and pop into the freezer for later. When I need some butter, I just cut off the amount I need and put the rest back in the freezer.
Other flavours include Parsley and Chive Butter, Garlic Herb Butter and Sage Butter but try your own flavours and let us know.
