A Mocha Date Shake is one of those drinks that full of flavour, texture and looks so good. This amazing recipe only has four ingredients but the flavours are immense. Adding dates gives a lovely intense flavour and body while the chocolate syrup balances it out. The Mocha hit comes from the coffee ice cream and milk. All in all this is a simple recipe that gives a boost when you need it and is very refreshing.

A lovely chocolate kick for anytime of the day. I find this drink one of those warming comforting drinks that makes the day manageable again!!!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
- 3 scoops coffee ice cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except ice cream in blender and puree until dates are finely chopped.1/2 cup dates, 1/2 cup milk, 1 1/2 tsp chocolate syrup, 3 scoops coffee ice cream
- Add ice cream; blend until just combined
