Orange and Olive Salad is so simple yet so full of flavour. The combination of freshly sliced oranges and olives make this a gorgeously refreshing and tasty salad. I serve this as a side dish especially with pasta dishes. Some of my favourites include Spiced Seafood Pasta, Stuffed Italian Chicken and Butternut Carbonara. This Moroccan recipe includes only five ingredients but they create such a pleasurable mix. I thought oranges and onions would be strange but they compliment each other with the sweet and sour kind of way. This has become a very popular salad especially during the bbq season.
