- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups apples peeled and cored/finely chopped
- Oil vegetable/canola oil for frying
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
