Pigs in Blankets are simply crispy streaky bacon wrapped around chipolatas make these a superb side-dish and canapé. However a full on roast meal is not complete without pigs in blankets. They are very simple to produce and can be included in the same pan as the roast chicken for the last part of cooking. Also if you are having a party, especially when children will be around, these are ideal as finger food. Also when it comes to picnics, these have to be included. An additional benefit is these are gorgeous both hot and cold. No wonder these are classified as easy.
