Ingredients
- 24 whole chicken wings cut apart at the joints
- 3 tbsp bourbon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon peel
- 1 whole lemon juice only
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions

- Toss to coat the wings and marinate refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the wing joints and toss with the bread crumb mixture.
