- 2 whole chicken breast cooked and sliced
- 1 cup chicken stock low-fat
- 1 large lemon juice only
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco
- 1/8 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lb noodles Egg Noodles
- 1/4 cup scallions finely sliced, spring onions
- 12 in shrimp cooked and cutsmall pieces, Optional
- 1 cup pork thinly sliced, Optional
- 2 cups bean sprouts Optional
- 1/4 cup celery finely sliced, Optional
- 1/2 can water chestnuts drained/sliced Optional
- 1/2 cup snow peas sliced Optional
- 1/4 cup celery finely sliced Optional
- 1/2 tbsp water chestnuts drained Optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
- Cook the noodles according to package directions.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions over all just prior to or after serving.
