Fruit and Yoghurt Jars

Fruit and Yoghurt Jars are a perfect way to start the day. Full of fat free yoghurt, granola oats and fruit. I make a few of these in advance and keep them in the fridge. Also, these are ideal as healthy snacks for children instead of sugar filled “treats”

These jars are loved by the children and you can mix any fruit and yoghurt combination or even include flavoured yoghurt. I often put a little fruit half way down the jar the finish the yoghurt off.
