Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 1 cup cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flours, baking powder, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Set aside.1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cinnamon
- In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the dry ingredients slowly to the large bowl and mix until blended. Do not over beat.2 large eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 2 tbsp canola oil, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tsp orange extract, 1 cup cranberries
