I’m not sure who enjoys these the most, my children or my husband@!!
They were a hit with everyone at the office
The instructions were clear, and the result was delicious. I especially liked the buttery richness paired with the chocolatey Smarties
The Smarties added a delightful burst of colour and crunch. Perfect for an afternoon tea with the kids.
These simple Smartie cookies are a nostalgic treat that brought smiles all around.
The dough was easy to work with, and the final cookies were beautifully golden with crisp edges and a soft centre.
The vanilla and buttery notes shine through, and the Smarties are a playful touch. I did chill the dough for 30 minutes to reduce spreading, which worked well.
A fun recipe for baking with kids! My little ones loved pressing the Smarties into the dough.
The cookies turned out lovely, although I felt the Smarties could have been distributed more evenly. Next time, I’ll add some into the dough instead of just on top.
I’d suggest slightly reducing the sugar if you’re not keen on overly sweet treats.
The recipe was easy to follow, and the cookies came out just as described—golden brown and perfectly chewy.
These cookies are fantastic and incredibly simple to make.
These cookies are a joy to make and eat
The buttery base is rich without being overwhelming, and the Smarties add the perfect pop of sweetness and crunch. I would perhaps add a pinch more salt to balance the sweetness, but otherwise, they’re a winner.
Great for a weekend baking project with the grandchildren.
The texture was spot on, with just the right balance of chewiness and crunch. I loved how the Smarties didn’t melt away but held their form.
I added a touch of cinnamon for an extra dimension, which complemented the Smarties beautifully. Highly recommend trying this twea
These are divine but my only issue was they spread a bit more than expected, so spacing them out is crucial.
