Cherry Biscotti is a divine Italian biscuit that is full of flavour and textures. Theses biscuits are perfect for dunking and ideal as a snack and with a cup of coffee. The ingredient list is quite long but it is worth the effort. I always have these in my larder and added sultanas and other fruit before with great success.
