Bacon and Blue Burgers is a true delight that combines three of my favourite ingredients. Beef, smoked bacon and blue cheese. This is a very simple American recipe that when served provides the diner with an amazing flavour. When you bite into the dish, the melted blue cheese in the middle of the beef patty oozes flavour and aroma. I normally use Worcestershire Sauce in this recipe but Soy Sauce can also be used without overpowering the other flavours. Served with Onion Rings and Beer Battered Chips for a simple but filling meal. Once you have cooked these, you will never need to buy fast food again.
