Bacon Horseradish Dip is a wonderful excuse to mix two of my favourite ingredients. The fried bacon adds a lovely flavour and texture to the smooth horseradish sauce for a delicious dip. Served with celery sticks, with thinly sliced French bread, corn chips, pita wedges, or crackers. Basically any dipping food works with this sauce. Also as the dip has been baked, it makes a big change from the usual cold dips. However, you can of course make you own sauce by following our Horseradish Sauce recipe. The addition of the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and heavy cream (double cream).
