Beer Fish Batter is an amazingly simple recipe that produces a flavour that is hard to beat. The batter only takes moments to prepare and will have the local fish shop wondering where you are. You will be producing your own top quality batter cheaper. Obviously, there are n abundance of ingredients you can coat with the batter. Everything from cod, haddock and plaice to sausages, chicken and mars bars. Yes that is right, you can get a deep fried Mars Bar in some chippy’s. Although I don’t think your doctor would approve to it considering the cholesterol smack you body would get.
