Category - Guacamole

Guacamole is an avocado-based dip, spread, or salad first developed by the Aztecs in what is now Mexico. In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine, it has become part of international and American cuisine. Normally as a dip, condiment and salad ingredient. This is so easy to produce and involves no cooking. All you really need to make guacamole is ripe avocados, salt and a little lime or lemon juice will help to balance the richness of the avocado. The dip can be varied to include chopped cilantro, chilies, onion, and/or tomato. Always use sweet onion not red to scallions.
