Indian Cauliflower with Scallions is an amazing Indian recipe that adds colour, flavour and aroma to any menu. Even if you don’t like cauliflower, you will love this dish. This is a  tasty side dish that fits is full of flavour and the yellow Mustard seeds give the dish a superb colour. Serve with Chicken TikkaAromatic, Aromatic Pilau Rice, Indian Curried Potatoes and Peas (Alu Mattar) and Lamb Coconut Curry. This is my favourite menu as all of the flavours go so well together and the colours are amazing. The scallions (Spring Onions) add a subtle onion flavour without complicating the dish.
