Ingredients
- 16 oz goat cheese mild, 225 g
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil 15 ml
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Transfer to a small bowl and serve immediately, or refrigerate covered for up to 3 days.
- Spread over toast or use it as a dip with vegetables.
