Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup pine nuts toasted
- 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 lb spaghetti hot
Instructions
- Wash and dry basil. Place basil in a blender or food processor with garlic, olive oil, pine nuts, cheese, and pepper; puree.
- Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions
- Transfer cooked spaghetti to a serving bowl. Add pesto and toss thoroughly to serve.
