Sauteed Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli
- 2 tbsp balsamic
- 3 large anchovy fillets mashed
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic peel/thinly sliced
- salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into florets and peel and slice the stem.1 lb broccoli
