Ingredients
- 454 g Cumberland sausages
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 large onion sliced
- 125 g mushrooms sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 2 slices wholemeal bread toasted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190C, gas mark 5
- Place the sausages on a trivet over a roasting tin
- Place the vegetables and the oil together in a separate roasting tin and mix well
- Season to taste before serving the relish with the sausages and plenty of hot brown toast
