Horseradish Sauce is a recipe of only a few ingredients. However, they combine to produce a flavour that takes beef into a new level of taste. I use Dijon mustard for that hidden kick whilst the horseradish gives you the initial blend of OMG and Oh Yeah! As a spread, it is divine, as a dip it is sublime but what about using as an ingredient in Scrambled Eggs!! It also goes so well in Mashed Potatoes and as a topping to Baked Potatoes. Also try our Baked Potatoes with Beef and Horseradish instead of the usual roast potatoes and vegetables meal.
