Marbled Fruit Porridge is a delicious easy recipe to get children to eat healthier breakfast other than toast. The oats and milk are boring but with compote and fresh fruit and you have colour, flavour and texture. Serve as a breakfast or brunch of even a snack. I have used muesli instead of oats and added a little fruit to stage 1 all with success.
