Tequila Shrimp

Tequila Shrimp is a stunning recipe that brings out the full flavour of the shrimp. The tequila is actually cooked out so thy are not intoxicating but leaves behind a lovely flavour and perfumed aroma. Serve as a starter, appetiser or main dish. Adding the heavy cream, butter and shallots creates a sauce that needs mopping up as the flavour is addictive so don’t forget a baguette.
