Served with a green salad of cucumber and cherry tomatoes for the additional textures for a balance meal. Ingredients
- 200 g penne pasta up to you
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 300 g turkey minced
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
Instructions
- Put 200g penne in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until ready
- When cooked, drain thouroughly
- Mix the pasta and turkey mince thoroughly
- Butter a large ovenproof dish and add the penne and mince
- Pour over a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
- Place in a pre-heated oven at gas mark 5 (190°C, 375°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling
- Serve with a green salad with cucumber and tomatoes
