A very simple dish but packs a beautiful punch. Make sure you rinse the livers well though.
This dish is the ultimate comfort food with a spicy edge.
The richness of the chicken livers paired with the aromatic curry is just divine. I had it with a side of cucumber salad, and the freshness balanced it perfectly. Highly recommend
It’s rich, flavourful, and feels like a gourmet meal. Perfect for a dinner party or just treating yourself.
This reminded me of the liver dishes my grandmother used to make, but with a modern, spicy twist.
The curry spices elevate the livers to something extraordinary. The flavours are bold but perfectly balanced. I had it with naan, and it was just perfect.
This is such a clever way to make a budget-friendly protein taste like something you’d get at a high-end restaurant. The curry spices bring so much life to the dish, and it’s packed with nutrients.
If you’re a fan of trying new flavours, Chopped Curried Chicken Livers is a must-try.
The curry spices are warm and inviting, and the dish pairs beautifully with rice or flatbread. Shame I had to share it!!
The curry added so much depth to the flavour, and the livers were cooked just right—not too dry, not too soft. It was hearty, comforting, and surprisingly easy to enjoy.
I made this for a small party, and everyone raved about it. Even those who said they don’t usually eat liver were going back for seconds.
It’s not for everyone—liver has a distinct taste—but the curry completely transforms it. I served it over jasmine rice, and it was absolutely delicious. A dish with a superb personality.
My kids even tried it and enjoyed it (which is saying a lot!).
I never thought I’d enjoy chicken livers, but this dish completely changed my mind.
I was sceptical at first because liver isn’t my favourite, but this dish converted me. The curry spices mask any overly strong liver taste, and the texture is so satisfying.
