Australian cuisine refers to the cuisine of Australia and its indigenous and colonial societies. When anybody thinks of Australia cuisine, they imagine shrimp and large steaks on the bbq.  The Australian cuisine has been influenced by many factors over the years. The Asian countries to the north has brought Noodles, Rice, Wok frying and spices. The Europeans introduced cattle including Beef, Pork and Lamb. These made the Australian cuisine a worldwide diet that is absolutely superb.

The vast areas inland have ensured a constant source of meat with large cattle ranches. Whilst the mass of oceans provide the freshest seafood possible  Furthermore Bush Tucker is the art of living off the land. This includes Emu, Kangaroo and Wallaby as the main protein. Whilst  moths, witchetty grubs, lizards and snakes. Bush berries, fruits, and honeys were also used. Not for the feint hearted.
