Chocolate Chip Pancakes are three words that I love to hear at brunch. These beautiful pancakes are so easy to make and with slightly melted gooey chocolate chips so addictive. I serve mine with a little maple syrup and a pinch of sugar. If you are looking for a breakfast/brunch dish that’s different then here it is.
