A Glazed Corned Beef is a recipe that I never get tired of. It is always a favourite and with a little extra mustard is a treat. Serve thinly sliced with mustard or sauce for a perfect sandwich. Alternatively serve as a main dish with a side dish of Mac and Cheese or Crispy Smashed Baby Potatoes.
It takes a long slow cook to cook the brisket but it is so worth the wait!
