When you are looking at leftovers, don’t despair. There are lots of brilliant recipes which includes leftovers. Lamb and Potato Pie is one of them and is a simple but effective recipe of turning leftovers into gorgeous meals again. I add cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs for that lovely crunchy and gooey topping. Serve as a main dish with peas, broccoli or any other seasonal vegetables.
