Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder boneless 1350 g,
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 15 ml
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 60 ml
- 1 cup ketchup 250 ml
- 1 cup chili sauce 250 ml
- 2 tbsp cider 30 ml
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste, 2 ml
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
Instructions
- Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Place the roast in a large plastic bag and add the sauce.3 lbs pork shoulder
- Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove the roast from the marinade and place in the slow cooker.
- Add 3/4 cup (180 ml) water to the marinade and add to the slow cooker.
- Cook covered on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove the roast from the sauce and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing or shredding.
- Enjoy

Remember to trim off the excess fat.
