Spicy Burger

A Spicy Burger is what it says. The lean beef mince burger is spiced with wonderful red chillies for that kick that sop many burgers are missing. This is so simple to make and ideal for a grill, barbecue and being fried. Serve as a main dish with the usual burger topping of lettuce, tomato, cheese and of course and lovely fresh roll.
