Ingredients
- 450 g lean beef mince
- 1 large eggs free range
- 2 large spring onions thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 whole red chilli finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch basil chopped
- olive oil for frying
Instructions
- 450 g lean beef mince, 1 large eggs, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp mustard, 1 whole red chilli, 1 small onion
- Continue until all of the ingredients are evenly mixed.

- Heat a little olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan and fry the burgers.olive oil
- Turn them once only, cooking for about 5–6 minutes on each side.
