Tortilla Pinwheels

Tortilla pinwheels are simply tortillas filled with a soft cheese and rolled up and cut into thin slices. The best thing is all of the fillings you put with the cheese – olives, tomatoes etc. Not sure whether this is actually a Mexican dish. Served as a side dish or snack and perfect for picnics.
