Tortilla pinwheels are simply tortillas filled with a soft cheese and rolled up and cut into thin slices. The best thing is all of the fillings you put with the cheese – olives, tomatoes etc. Not sure whether this is actually a Mexican dish. Served as a side dish or snack and perfect for picnics.

  • In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese with a fork until the Cheddar is incorporated.
  • Stir in the salsa, green onion, and chili powder.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the tortilla. Roll up and cut off the two ends. Cut tortilla into 4 pieces and serve.
