Instructions

  • Combine the first six ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    1 cup chili sauce, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup onion, 2 tbsp dry red wine, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle spareribs with salt and pepper.
    3 lbs pork spareribs, Salt, Pepper
  • Place on a rack over a roasting pan; cover with foil and bake at 375°F 35 to 45 minutes.
  • Uncover and brush generously with sauce.
  • Bake 45 minutes, brushing with sauce every 15 minutes, until spareribs are fully cooked and tender. Cut spareribs into serving portions and serve with remaining sauce.
