It has heat from the Jalapenos Chilli, the smoothness of the ripe avocados and the bite from the onion. Not to forget the sweetness of the tomatoes and the acid from the lime juice. It is a multi pronged assault on the senses that is so good. This is a lovely healthy recipe with the avocado having more potassium than a banana, has fibre, monounsaturated fatty acids for a healthy heart. Also they are highly Nutritious and not to mention tasty.
