Brazilian cuisine is a vast melting pot of colours, languages and customs making its cuisine just as varied. It has been influenced from American, Asian, African and European visitors creating a divine mix. Dishes and their ingredients vary greatly depending on the geographical location within Brazil. However all of the different cuisines concentrate around one rule. The flavour! The national dish of Brazil is Feijoada which is a stew of beans with beef and pork of Portuguese origin.

Also, Brazil has the benefit of a sub tropical climate resulting in superb fruit. These include mangos, Papayas, Guavas and pineapples amongst many others. However, the country has the benefit of producing virtually all ingredients its cuisines need. Remember that this country has more than just a good football team.
