Category : Rigatoni
Rigatoni is a larger version of penne pasta. They normally have ridges along the sides in a spiral design. Rigatoni however has shape ends unlike penne’s angled ends. The very name Rigatoni arise form the Italian word rigato which means ridged. This pasta is more popular in the southern part of Italy including Sicily. Like Penne, the ridges hold sauces and cheese better than smooth pastas. Why not try our recipes shown below. If you have a recipe you would like to share then please click on this link.
