Chicken With Green Grapes

Chicken With Green Grapes may sound like a strange combination but they actually are brilliant partners. Serve in lettuce leaves instead of a wrap/tortilla for a refreshing crunch . Superb easy recipe that mixes chicken with fruit. Serve in an iceberg lettuce leaf for refreshing crunch.
The greatest surprise of all in the addition of apricot jam to the dish. The jam adds a lovely subtle flavour that is not overpowering but brings everything together. I love this dish and is a refreshing meal with the warmth of the chicken and the chill of the lettuce. A perfect main dish that’s full of flavour.

Using a lettuce leaf gives the entire dish a new texture, crunchy and fresh that is not so filling as a wrap but tastier.

I was hesitant at first about pairing chicken with grapes, but this dish truly surprised me. The grapes add a burst of freshness and a lovely tang that cuts through the richness of the chicken.

A surprisingly delicious pairing. My family thought I had finally cracked up when I placed them on the table but they soon dug in and loved the meal. Thank you.
