Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients
- 125 g pineapple canned
- 3 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
- 4 dashes light soy sauce
- 2 dashes Shaoxing rice wine
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper
Instructions

- Pour the sweet and sour sauce and the bell peppers into the wok used to cook the pork or chicken and leave to simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced to a thick consistency.1/2 medium green bell pepper, 1/2 medium red bell pepper
- Season to taste, with light soy sauce, rice wine and ground white pepper.
- To serve, pour the sauce over the pork or chicken and serve with rice and choi sum.
