Buffalo Chicken Wings is a simple recipe that everyone on the family loves. The tender moist wings with the blue cheese dressing and hot sauce makes this the only finger licking chicken needed. Not to mention the Buffalo Chicken Wings are cheaper and quicker than shop brought versions. The heat of the hot sauce is tempered by the blue cheese dressing without losing any of the flavours. By cuting the tips of the wings makes sure the sauce gets to all of the wings. Also, whilst the chicken wings in this recipe are deep fried, I have actually used the hot sauce as almost a marinade and basting on the bbq. When cooked just add a drop of blue cheese on top of each wing to serve.
